Primary Care Physician with growing Medical Group. Full-time, Mon-Fri (no wknds). Treat the complex chronic conditions of geriatric population with a medical assistant partner. Strong base salary + annual quality bonus + $35K retention!

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
